Phoned for an appointment on a Thursday, got a Monday cancellation and ten days later had my glasses. Attentive staff, excellent experience with the eye scan and the new glasses are very comfortable.

Right from the moment I walked through the door at the stranraer branch of spec savers I received a warm welcome and everyone I came into contact with was very friendly, nice polite , all my tests were done in a very professional manner and all my questions were answered, my glasses were back in a few days and fitted for me again with professionalism and courtesy, when I’m due an eye test again I’ll be back

First Class. The staff here are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. My vision issues are complex and I was impressed by every stage of the tests conducted and the advice given. The optometrist is extraordinary as was the optician. My daughter recommended this Specsavers and I was as impressed as she was.
