I've been working with Pococks for both the sale and purchase of my house. Was really impressed with their professionalism and responsiveness right from the initial phone call. Katy and Tom are patient, thorough and it is evident they want the best for their clients. I can't recommend them enough!

I cannot recommend Pococks enough, they made selling our house a stress free experience! Tom and Katy were always available and would respond very quickly. Excellent service from an agency who knows the local area and their clients well. We used Pococks to sell our house but for a variety of reasons things didn't go to plan. All the way through, Tom and Katy were there to help and advise. When we are ready to put our house back on the market we will not hesitate to use them again.
