This practice has slowly been declining in the past few years. Most of the staff are friendly (such as the chatty receptionist) and are helpful (such as Dr Agnihotri and the nurses), however most of the staff are too lazy! Some of the doctors don’t even bother to do actual checks and they don’t help you, they also can’t communicate clearly through the phone, while some of the receptionists are really rude and have no dignity! I understand the practice must be struggling a little, and that the current times are hard, but it’s absolutely ridiculous to have to call over 80 times to reach them and it’s worse that half the time the surgery is fully booked and the doctors are always “too busy” to see any patients. I hope the practice hires new doctors who actually care about their patient’s wellbeing. I truly hope Dr Nabi sees this review and does something to bring improvement to the surgery and hire a sufficient amount of competent + kind staff to provide healthcare services and to help the community.

The receptionist is extremely rude, she keeps on talking over me, ignoring me, and cut the call on me twice, she also said 'what is wrong with you' when asking for why I want to book an appointment. Very unprofessional.

That is worst surgery, the receptionist never receives your calls. All the times lines were busy and if you directly go to gp and need urgent appointments they rudely said,try to call or go to A&E. Doctors are very good here.

Rude and abrupt staff! Rang them for General enquiry at 17:00pm before even listening to what I had to say, she replies ‘we don’t have any appointments’. Horrible staff no telephone manners at all and no attention to patients enquiry.

It is impossible to go through the surgery… the phone line is often turned off (it doesn’t even ring) when we should at least be able to enter the phone queue… doctors used to be good but since Covid they just try to solve everything via phone with no face to face consultation.

If I could give 0 stars I really would, the doctors are not the issue here but the receptionist with no decorum and compassion, how can you as a receptionist of a general practitioner be so rude and disrespectful? She really gives off the impression that she does not want to be there or do her job, this attitude may work in other sectors but in the healthcare sector when people are vulnerable and in pain, this is the worst thing you can possibly do. Calling for hours without a queue on the phone and them cutting the call purposely, then once you finally get through, you are met with the worlds most disrespectful, unwilling, negative and rude person. Please, for the sake of the patients, the attitude of the receptionist and the appointment procedures need urgent change, the old woman needs to go or to receive some sort of training. Also, when will face to face appointments be reintroduced? Lastly, if you respect yourself and your family, DO NOT GO TO THIS GP OR REGISTER UNTIL THERE IS SIGNIFICANT CHANGE.

The doctors and nurses are good but the receptionist is absolutely bad. You have to call between 8.30 am and 9.30 am to be able to speak to them but the line is always busy and cuts off. If there was a queue then you could just wait (even if it took an hour) but with this surgery you have to repeat calling. When you eventually get through they will say that all appointments are gone. One of the receptionists really gives you the feeling that she does not want to speak to you but just hang up and also provides incorrect information when I asked about e consultation. For sure she needs some training or the needs to be replaced. They are putting peoples health at risk.

Doctors/nurse are quite good but to get to them you have to get past the receptionist and some seem to have no manners and refuse to accept their mistake. They have also argued with the pharmacy in order to place blame elsewhere. Very unprofessional, rude and do not deserve to be in the health profession.

Phoned the reception with an enquiry and the receptionist is so rude and hang up the call even before i finish speaking, I had to wait for 1hr in the line to get my call answer and she just hang up. Had similar experience earlier, In the online it shows they are currently accepting new patients, i submitted the joining form but didn't hear back for a month, so i phoned the reception to find the status and the answer i got is try somewhere else, why can't they just let us before hand, we should have tried another GP, waste of time, worst service i had even seen in all these years
