I was looking for blossom trees to hire for our wedding & came across Goldsmith's events. We met Charlene at the showroom who was a delight ...there was so much choice for hire I had to refrain from booking it all. Our wedding was scheduled in May 2020 but we had to postpone due to covid - Charlene & Mark were very supportive and flexible with us moving dates.We got married on 8th October and I cannot thank Charlene enough for how beautiful she made our reception look. I had comments from more than one staff member at the venue to say that they had never seen it looking so lovely. Considering we went from 80 guests down to one table for 15, having such a beautiful setting really helped to make our day feel extra special. Charlene even left a few additional items which made all the difference and was so kind of her.I cannot recommend Goldsmith's Weddings & Events enough, thank you Charlene & Mark!

I couldn't recommend Goldsmith's more highly. The decorations, food and entertainment they provided for our wedding were all top quality and really helped to make our big day perfect. The little decorations and touches they provided were done so well, whilst the big things - namely the photo booth and the popcorn cart - were really well received by our guests. They absolutely helped to create the fun atmosphere we wanted for our day. Mark and Charlene's were fantastic - they couldn't have been more attentive, were prompt and efficient, and went out of their way to provide a superb and tailored service to us from day one. We felt like we were in safe hands whilst also feeling like they really listened to what we needed. Absolutely superb.

The team were so helpful before the wedding. I didn’t even have to chase them before they emailed me to confirm the time of drop off. The plants were absolutely beautiful, such a reasonable price for hire! Honestly made The Assembly House so much more gorgeous. So many people complimented them and with the dj lighting they just bloomed! Thank you so much !xx

We decided late on (due to bad weather) in our wedding plans to have an arch but after seeing many items they cover we also went for bridal gowns and a welcome banner at our wedding too. Contacted GoldSmith's to see if they could help with short notice and they booked us in the next morning (a Sunday), made us feel welcome, took time to go through the items we were looking for (and the items we were not) they had an amazing selection of items for every part of a wedding, they went over and above to make our day even more special. They swiftly came up with 3 different styles for the banner, and slight changes to the final banner were done immediately. They did all the contacting with the venue to arrange set up and collection which took pressure away from us. We can recommend them to anyone looking to make their day extra special. I think the greatest review we can give Mark and Charlene is, that after making our wedding decorations so perfect, we now consider Mark and Charlene as friends.A truly wonderful couple offering a truly wonderful, personal and first class service.From the moment we first met with them both we instantly warmed to them.Their attention to detail and fantastic communication made them a joy to do business with.Not only that, but during the set up of the ceremony room the day before, nothing was too much trouble. From start to finish the whole experience with Mark and Charlene was easy and very enjoyable. Everything used was a very high standard and set up to perfection. They really did make our day so special, we cant Thank them enough.We chose to use silk flowers for the whole event, including the bouquet's, and had so many comments... People thought they where real as they where such good quality.

Highly recommend Goldsmiths!!They have been so helpful from the meeting and getting all my ideas down to great communication even when we had to delay our wedding due to covid and then finally on the day making the venue look perfect in every way!They really are lovely to deal with and all their items are so beautiful!Everything was perfect, the signs, the aisle and door drape, the tables and chairs (which were the best matched yellow to our colour scheme) and even down to the little personalised sign on the post box which really made me smile :)
