Ordered a product 2 weeks ago, still not arrived even after 3 phone calls telling me that it was getting sorted. 1 lady did get back to me and reassured it would be delivered by the end of the week and still no package. Very poor service.

And to my great delight, I received a free led light base too. I tough this could no longer be enhanced, but it could. The effect is fantastic! I can even see the texture of the dress too. Disgusting company that takes your money then ignores you, doesn't even deserve 1 star, they don't answer emails, phone and text is as bad, then come the bull excuses and then blanked again, asked for a refund and blanked again, had to go to my bank for a charge back, do not use this company unless you want heartache, this was a very special gift for a very special friend, VERY DISAPPOINTED.
