The Groom Room Coalville

Never answer the phones, wanted to book for nail clipping but don’t want to walk in incase they don’t have the time and my dog will not sit and wait (as it says on the voicemail subject to availability) I’ve tried ringing multiple times for the past week and they clearly put the phone down. Need more staff to handle the phones and work.

Booked another date for my dog's full grooming. Always do a good job albeit a bit more expensive. Very pleasant staff.

Been here twice with my Springer spaniel.1st time was great, 2nd time he came out looking exactly like when he went in. I had to trim all of the fluffy bits off myself when we got home. Not great for £49!I complained but they were not interested and said there's no point in taking him back if I'd already trimmed him.Sadly won't be returning.

Took my st shepherd here for the first time. He has only been to the groomers twice at Melbourne but wasn’t happy with the service. He came out looking like new, he was so clean and everything that I wanted was completed above and beyond. Another perk is after 5 washes or visits you get your 6th free and also been a vip you get loyalty discounts. Very friendly and helpful with all the questions I had to ask

I found them very good the girl was lovely and groomed my dog how I asked her to be done thanku

Took my cockapoo to Lucy and he was stripped down to bare skin in places and really patchy. When I complained they had the audacity to say it was just his anatomy and that it was his fault as he didn’t like being groomed! No wonder - I saw another girl in there pulling a dog around by its beard when she was trimming his face.My dog has had many grooms in the past and this had never happened before.They offered me a 50% refund but I felt this was insulting! The groom cost £47 and I was horrified to see him in such a state.I would never take my dog back there.

Disgusting customer serviceBooked my pup in two weeks ago for a groom used the online booking. Receive a phone call today whilst at work asking for deposit (nothing online about deposit) when I said I will have to ring you back I'm at work, I was rudely told my appointment would be cancelled if I dont give a deposit now.I've been twice before booked on line never have I been phoned for a deposit and nothing on the booking form to pay a deposit.If you had waited and let me phone you back when I was not working you would not of lost a customer.

Fantastic place and the staff were very helpful with our dog a Pekingese who is very nervous around new people lots of options and different ideas did not cost too much.... thank you very much to Mark and the team

Had our dog Riley groomed at Coalville groom room today came out looking marvellous as always. I would take him there every 5 weeks if I could afford it but £43 is a bit expensive for a small dog. Most local groomers charge between £25 & £30

Absolutely Fantastic.*HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!We are new to looking after a dog. We’ve had monty for 2 years now. We are getting better with caring for a doggy! He loves big walks and muddy puddles!It’s so hard to look after him, especially because his fur is prone to matting. It had been months since a cut so he really needed it this time!The groom room team are always extremely professional, super kind with there advice and they are very considerate when it comes to cutting the fur coats at the correct spec. We deal with A Tompkin and she is fantastic. As absolute asset to pets at home groom room! She has all the time of the day to deal with questions and give ways we can help look after montys fur.I can’t say enough about their attitudes. The staff just want to be as helpful as possible. They did a fantastic job at cutting monty. (cockapoo)My opinion of the groom room is brilliant.
