Absolutely fabulous service from Shipley Bridge Garage - I can’t recommend them highly enough! I bought a Kangoo - it came with a built in ramp suitable for a wheelchair (or giant elderly dog in my case) - so easy to use. When within about a week I had a flat battery, they popped a brand new one in straight away without any quibble. Richard and his team were so helpful - fantastic service, thank you!

I bought an automatic Nissan Note 2013 here.I appreciate that Sam and James provided full of assistance for me to renovate this used car to my first refreshing car. There was a defect on the left hand side mirror adjustment. Although this defect needed a bit long time to fix it, this defect was ultimately rectified by a professional electrician.Sam and James had provided me enough time to check and test the car before I paid the full payment. They showed their professionalism in selling used cars and gave me time to inspect the car and fix any defects.Thank you so much for their professionalism and good customer service.The car is running great so far.

I bought a second-hand low mileage Astra at the end of September 2022 from Shipley and the sale was handled by Sam. Sam was friendly, approachable and not at all pushy. I cannot complement him enough! On viewing he quickly agreed to a couple of things to be done to the car. Sam has also been very responsive in handling post sale questions. The car is great as well!I have no hesitation in recommending this garage and Sam in particular for a very pleasant and professional service!
