I have been going to fortune house for some years now, I like special fried rice and chicken balls with sweet and sour sauce and spring rolls 'it is very nice. I would love to try other meals but yet to do so.

Everything ordered from here is disgusting the worst Chinese food I have ever eaten the rice is rank the chips taste like old dirty oil the curry sauce taste like flour. The only thing that was edible was the prawn crackers which let’s face it they didn’t make avoid like the plague disgusting shop

The most bland food ever tasted. No flavour at all. Waste of £30. And they only accept cash so had to go out of my way to draw out money for food that couldn't be eaten

Just used fortune house for the first time and have to say the food is amazing! By far the best in the area and I’ve tried a few, portions are large and they’re the only Chinese takeaway in the area with a 5 star hygiene rating!! Will be using from now on.

I treated my son to a Chinese and he chose the chicken in satay sauce which is his favourite. We had other dishes which were fine. What arrived, was not satay sauce. It was runny, very dark in colour and tasted nothing like what it should. I raised the issue twice and sent photos to Uber eats hoping to have a refund or replacement. They refused to help.

Salt and pepper Prawns are nice and salty with a quality batter that doesn’t fall off.I ordered my special fried a bit spicy but I don’t think they added much but will try again.Shops clean when you go in.Annoying the only take cash.

DO NOT EAT HERE!! Ordered food from here 4 days ago, looked nice when I opened, tasted okay, a bit bland. GAVE ME FOOD POISONING!!! for 2 days have been in a very bad way, I had nothing else to eat on that day so no confusing what has made me ill. I will NEVER eat here again will be contacting the restaurant now I feel a little better and reporting the restaurant to (Food standards agency). This was a bad experience & for myself who has never ever been sick in my life - the way the food had left me I'm worried for people going forward!
