TD Heating

TD Heating completed a full conversation from a gravity fed system to a combination boiler. The standard of work was excellent and very well priced. Tom and his workmate Phil were very polite and tidy, we were so happy that I used them again to move my utility room and plumb in a dishwasher. I would highly recommend TD heating and will use again for a shower replacement in the near future.

I would not hesitate to recommend Tom for any gas plumbing work. He is thorough, professional and very reasonable with his rates. He worked in my house the week leading up to Christmas and put his heart into getting the work completed. Excellent service, highly competent, reliable and friendly.

Tom Davis from TD Heating installed a new boiler in May 2021. We were given an invoice detailing 5 year boiler guarantee and 2 year plumbing guarantee. Unfortunately, there was a fault with the boiler in December 2021 and contacted Tom Davis. Despite numerous methods of contact (phone calls, texts and emails), Tom Davis made no attempt to contact us leaving us with no hot water for almost a week.In March 2022, we experienced problems with the central heating in one of the bedrooms. This was work completed by Tom Davis too. We contacted Tom Davis and finally spoke to him and he promised to come and see what he could do with the problem. He did not show up, nor answer any messages.After leaving numerous messages, we finally got an email from Amy O’Leary stating that Tom Davis no longer works as TD Heating and he shall not be calling.She explained that the guarantees for the boiler work are with the manufacturer. This has never been explained to us, nor is it on the invoice.In summary, Tom Davis/TD Heating took our money for two jobs and have no intentions to rectify any problems. Consequently, Tom left all his rubbish on our drive, promising to collect it the next day. Of course, that was never collected and left to us to dispose of. There were no curtesy messages, just decided to ignore us.

Tom came to look at a problem with the heating system . No hot water or heating. Soon found the problem. We brought the new heating project forward as Tom could start the work the following week. Tom and his colleague Phil took three days to install a complete new heating system plus some additional work that we needed doing. The price of the work was competitive. A very professional service. Tom and Phil were great. Nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely use TD Heating again. Highly recommended.

I recently moved in and there was an issue with the boiler/central heating. Tom responded quickly and had the problem resolved the same day. He also established the boiler was still under warranty so saved me a few quid. I would recommend calling if you have boiler issues as prices were good and the problem was fixed quickly

Tim & Dan came to stowmarket to fix my boiler. After checking all internal & external pipes & checked for pressure loss in the boiler. They found the problem & fixed it, then had to then put all the boiler casing back & there was no mess & we have heating & hot water again & all fixed at a very good price, Job well done lads. I’ll be back !!!

Can’t recommend TD heating more Highly. Great to deal with . Really professional, helpful, trustworthy ,friendly and skilled. Fixed my thousand year old broken boiler and heater all to a very high standard and reasonable price in his very busy schedule.
