Wished we had transferred to Belvoir vets way before now. Easy parking, clean comfortable practice,staff very friendly and helpful. Our consultation time was brilliant, it shone through that they are all animal lovers and it's not just a job, the vet we saw was thorough and so caring with our border. Didn't feel rushed and had everything explained, also I felt I was given time to ask any questions .Highly recommended. Able to book appointments on line too.

I cannot recommend Belvoir Vets enough. Unfortunately, we switched vets at a sensitive and upsetting time and I can't begin to express the care, sensitivity, and attention of the staff, especially Becca. We are so grateful to have found such a compassionate practice that really put their customers' needs first and it's the little touches after such a devastating time that really stood out for me.We miss Jiminie every day but know we did the right thing under the guidance of the right vet. Thank you all so much.

I've been using Belvoir vets for a little while now and all the staff have been friendly and caring. Both the dog and cat have been in for a few different issues and they have been excellent each time. The recommended treatment plan, the reasons for it and cost has been clearly explained before going ahead with anything.

Having previously been with another vets in town and being let down by them we were very reluctant to visit somewhere else.I wish we’d swapped to Belvoir Vets sooner, the treatment our cat Simba has received from all members of staff involved in his care, right from reception checking us in, to nurses, vets and surgeons who have all cared for Simba has been incredible.They let us know what was happening and kept us regularly updated, & we felt genuinely had his best interests at heart.

Sent my dog home when visited , he was poorly, and known serious condition, kept him in for 3 days, letting him home whilst dying, should have got him in as emergency earlier, staff rude, made complaint , took me into room to discuss complaint wher my dog was put to sleep 2 days earlier. Was on wrong food due to vet not knowing what she was doing , money orientated now, they rushed me during me deciding to put my dog down as they were going to business awards , self nominating and I felt rushed, even girl asked if she could start hoovering as in floods of tears, just shocking, lack of communication, no apology ,sucess has gone to their head. Awful practice
