Lowton Dental Centre

My dentists at Lowton Dental are very good and supportive. I am having braces and I have always been happy with my treatment. I can't say thank you enough for what they have done for me so far.

Called to make an appointment. Greeted by a girl in a half opened door .to be told they were not taken in NHS ...never asked anythingTo have the door ooen half an inch ..to be shut thsn a email address on a bit of paper ..wow this country has gone to pot ..customer service shocking

Appointments are very well-organised and efficient from start to finish. Practice staff are most polite and helpful. Highly experienced clinician who you can trust to always make the right decision about your dental treatment.

Professional and helpful as ever. I needed new crowns and Martin explained my options clearly with a range of solutions and prices. I chose the Smilefast solution and am thrilled with the look and feel of my new teeth. A much more advanced solution with the option to see what the final solution would look like before I progressed. A great practice with friendly and helpful staff.

Come back to edit this post for a third time, I'm lost for words how rude the woman are in that place, mainly the receptionist just awful to speak to. No duty of care to their patients, even after them listening to the call I made, listening to how rude she was no changes have been made. They have done nothing to change this. Absolutely horrible customer service and not a care for the pain thier patients are in previously putting the phone down on me when I was crying in pain. I really thought they cared knowing everything I shared with them and the treat me like rubbish. I hope no one else receives this same treatment, I have no words for them 2 girls on reception.

Very clean friendly atmosphere. Always there to help .when my son first attended here he was so nervous but the staff was so friendly they made him so comfortable at hes appointment would highly recommend them thanks alot

Brilliant dentist practice. Staff are friendly and welcoming, Covid measures are in place so you feel safe. Reception staff are helpful and efficient and Martin is a super dentist!
