I initially contacted a few different PDR guys but I was recommended Jay by a few people, and I was reassured by reading the helpful reviews. I made contact, was given an excellent quote (super competitive) and got myself booked in. Jay and his father stuck to the time scheduled, showed up and got very quickly to work. I left them to do their thing and within an hour, the dent was completely gone and my car looked good as brand new. What I'm very impressed with is how professional Jay was, and as a person he is a really nice bloke (no BS, or charades - just straight forward and honest). He charged my the lower end of his quote range, and I was left extremely happy.A couple things to note, Jay's main work load comes from dealerships, who use him regularly - this should be a testament for his craftsmanship. Through out my experience, I could clearly see he was a pro at his job and the results were 100% faultless.Secondly - DO NOT get scammed or conned by these other PDR guys who charge EXTORTIONATE figures for work which Jay can do within an hour. In particular, I was shocked at one guy (FX) who quoted me x5 what Jay did. Bare in mind, Jay's work was absolutely flawless, and I took before and after photos as proof.Overall - I could not recommend him enough and will most definitely be using Jay in the future for any other PDR related work.Thank you again Jay for working on my BMW 335i.

Body shops were quoting stupid prices between 400-600 and other PDR guys 120 and above. Jay charged a very reasonable price and done a perfect job. Awesome service from Jay! My VW Golf sustained couple of dings on the front doors which was no trouble for Jay to sort out. Jay is exceptionally skilful and attention to detail. An absolutely perfect job as I cannot see the dents at all anymore. Really reasonable price. Great communication and on time to work.
