Best place in Bradford for carpets and laminate. I've used comfy floors for years and they have always delivered on time and at a reasonable price.

I've bought wood flooring from here on several occasions, they have a great selection in stock and have a really comprehensive display to choose from. Naveed is extremely helpful, I've never bothered even looking for flooring anywhere else since finding Comfy Floors.

Had laminate flooring fitted today. The guy was absolutely amazing and did a fantastic job. Highly recommend this business.

I have nearly full house laminate paid £1850 after few days one slab got manufactured problem and one slab got kind of chiped they fix both same problems again.Know they saying not cover 10 warranty.Nit a very good company to us carful guys.(Aslam are Aslam) very professional fitter a d the bosses

Extremely rude and arrogant individual who I assume owns the shop. Please save your money and go elsewhere. We made the mistake of buying from this shop and after research discovered he totally ripped us off. I would suggest going on a customer service course as you really need to work on your customer service skills. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!

I give one star but really deserve zero . I contacted them on an app to enquire about purchasing some vinyl floor and having the vinyl of my kitchen removed and changed . It was only after I had given a deposit that they informed me that I have to remove anything heavy such as fridge , washing machine . I told them that I couldn't and requested the deposit back , they said they had already cut the vinyl and wouldn't refund me what I had paid , how convenient . They didn't even offer to deliver the vinyl and asked me to come and collect it and that my small car would be enough to pick up the vinyl . When I went to collect it, the guy wouldn't even lift his head to greet me , not even respond to my Salam . No manners , no akhlaq ! he just asked a young man to bring me the vinyl which didn't fit in my small car so it had to be folded which made crisses. I asked a British guy to come and fit the vinyl and he did it single handedly lifting the washing machine and moving the fridge without damaging the vinyl and all this with a chat and a smile . You would think the British guy is a Muslim with the best manners and these Pakistanis are kuffar when you compare their behaviour and attitude towards a single mother! Shame on you guys ! All you thunk about is money, greedy to the core and no compassion for their Muslim sister!Second review : not surprise by your response at allp ! I didn't expect any less , pure moronry ! You must be really desperate and having no morals to think first about feeding your family at the expense of vulnerable people ! Goes to show no intelligence, no eeman , no integrity and no self respect! At least stitch up people with a smile , it will help us to digest the bitter pill of having to deal with you

Seen the negative reviews but can honestly say my experience was totally different. Naveed came round with samples and measured the room for me. Quoted me what I believe to be a fair price and I paid the deposit. The fitter arrived on the agreed date and did a quick and efficient job. Can’t say any fairer than that! Carpet looks great and I’m really pleased with my purchase.
