Travelwise Office UHS

Drove to barrier for orange car park and it wasn't working so drove on in and parked. Security office told us to go to Travelwise office which was a fair walk away. It was supposed to be open but door sign said closed. We tried the door and 4 others were waiting to be seen. A staff member sat just inside the door said loudly We Are Closed. We explained about not getting a parking ticket at the barrier and he loudly said There's A Sign On The Pay Machine. What good was that? Should have placed a sign on the actual barrier to inform how to proceed and pay. All very stressful.

very rude i hate having to go here. disgraceful the lengths staff need to go to park at their place of work.
