Rude staff especially the slim old women with the short hair who thinks she can just shout at customers. Will take the advice of the other staff member, women with eye mascara and black hair who told me that there are plenty of other local shops to shop at.

I have literally just left this shop, I have been in before to return parcels and they have always been rude but this time was ridiculous…I have just finished work and so haven’t had the time to sellotape my parcel shut so I said “oh look what I’ve done, forgot to sellotape it shut (laughing) can I borrow some sellotape please” she says “well the whole point is you do that before you bring it to us” and so I say “shall I go and sort it and then bring it back?” She walks off saying ohhh for god sake” brings back the sellotape and slams in down on the the counter. well…when I tell you I have never sellotaped something up so slow in my life….

Where do I even begin with this one? I don't think I've ever come across more rude members of staff in my life. They refused to take a parcel at the post office as they wanted to know what was inside it - this was a work related confidential parcel and this was made clear, but rather than doing anything sensible, they decided to just argue - in the store, and indeed, in front of other customers. This seems to be commonplace as I have also witnessed the staff arguing with other customers in store. Everything you ask them is met with a deep, angered sigh, 'how dare you, customer, make me do my job', am I right? As a local, I dread coming to this shop and highly recommend any other locals and visitors to visit somewhere else.

Well stocked Premier convenience store with friendly staff and a good range of items at reasonable prices. Had what we came for. Great range of sweets, alcohol and all the essentials!

Extremely rude staff especially the woman with glasses and the kid working there. She snaps at you just for asking her to take the parcel, when it is a Post office after all. Everything you ask them they seem to have a problem as if its the end of the world. I feel they would both would have excelled in the Fourth Reich!

Good supermarket. Checkout lady was short at first but very nice on second approach.Very handy store. Convenient and reasonably priced with wide variety of stock and a post office.

Decent shop for picking up bits or for lunch but some of the staff there have a real attitude problem. It's so strange because the owner couldn't be a nicer guy and yet he lets them continue to upset customers for some reason.

This a very handy shop to have in Cross Hands.There’s a good range of items with a professional post office.Yes you’re going to pay more here than some of the local larger supermarket alternatives but if you’re buying a bottle of wine or bag of crisps after 8pm then you have to expect these things.Always happy with the service and will continue to use.
