This excellent team (Sky and Amit) has taken the initiative of reviewing my mother's situation carefully, rather than just dispensing the increasing numbers of medication my mother is having to be subjected to (in her late 80s). They are trying to understand the serious problems that she is undergoing at the moment with a very reassuring approach, with patience and understanding. Recommended for regular patients especially.

I contacted the Surgery on friday in regards to a query I had, I spoke with lovely trainee pharmacist, Sky. I was very impressed by the polite and professional manner in which he spoke. It was a sensitive topic to discuss but he was very understanding and had a lot of patience - this really put me at ease and I appreciated! It was a pleasure to speak with him and I'm very grateful for his advice. A lovely pharmacist and a real asset to the surgery!

Nobody answers the phone now, it’s most infuriating. I just wanted to let them know straight away that I had been charged a prescription rate instead of the actual price of £6.59 for the item bought over the counter. What even more infuriating I don’t actually pay for prescriptions anyway!

I was supprised with the level of services I got. They went above and beyond to help me my problem they reassured and pointed me to the right direction. The have a really good delivery service too that helped me alot. I would definitely recommend people using this pharmacy ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This chemist has always been great for me but today gentleman named Sky has just called me to check my medication as they had 2 different doses down. I’d tried to call the gp but couldn’t get through. I discovered that my medication was not at the correct dose and that the symptoms I had developed were worrying. He is going to call the doctors and get them to get me an urgent appointment. If it wasn’t for him being so observant and calling me, A - I would have continued to take the wrong dose and B - my side affects would not have been picked up. Thank you Sky.
