Northwood Post Office

This post office has been taken over with new owners in the past few weeks, who quite frankly are doing the community a complete disservice.They are working at a snail's pace, over charging and under charging as they dont have comprehensive knowledge of royal mail pricing and weight guidelines.Keeping customers waiting in a confined space for up to 20 minutes at a time (my personal experience, it could be longer ) I've approached the entrance and seen people walking out with their parcels still in hand, then gone in to see a queue trailing all down the shop, then done the same thing.New owners - If you're reading this SORT YOURSELVES OUT!!!! Or hand in the keys to people who know what they're doing.I personally will be walking into Hanley (which isn't much better but still better than here) from now on because I dont have the time or patience to deal with your incompetence.Waste of time!

Does anyone not answer the phone?! Been trying for days to get through and not one person to answer the phone… is this place run by ghosts?

New owners don't have a clue what they are doing. Had a parcel which already had stamps on so just needed to pay 10p extra.Nobody knew how to do a prepaid label and they didn't even have any 10p stamps. After waiting 20 minutes I walked back out with my parcel. Will have to go Hanley tomorrow now.

No queue system - guys serving are trying but seem abit lost. Too many things lying around on floor in aisles - safety hazards! Not wheel chair or pram accessible due to the floor space taken up by items lying around

Stood outside. Isn't open for 7am, here at 8:38 freezing waiting for someone open up as the next post office isn't tell 10:30am in Hanley on sunday
