This salon is very welcoming, experienced staff and good value. I had a very bad hair cut & colour at another salon and Kevin worked his magic and restyled, coloured & saved my hair. It was bright orange & Kevin rescued it to a lovely light blonde colour. I’ve been going to this salon for about 4 years and cannot fault them. Would recommend this salon to everyone.

Absolutely horrendous of a place. Let’s just say A staff member was to take your jacket and put it somewhere safe for you only where staff can access, and when you got it back it was completely damaged and you also find someone’s been in the pockets! The staff here is very untrustworthy!Never come here. Avoid at all costs. Worst place on earth.And I won’t be taking down the review as this is exactly what happened to me and without any apology whatsoever so don’t ask me again.You have a staff here who is a liar and tries on customers belongings. I’ll keep on warning people to not come here.

Excellent, professional,warm and friendly salon. Had my hair done by Kevin. He Listened to what I wanted, gave great advice. I Left a few hours later with a gorgeous sleek 'lob' (my hair is super thick and corse) in a perfect ashy blonde. Fab advice on aftercare for my colour too. Would highly recommend and I won't go anywhere else as a great stylist and colourists is hard to find in my experience !

I am an Asian lady, and I had the worst experience in my life in this store today: I was told that I would need £67 when I made an appointment in person yesterday, and I accepted my appointment (why didn’t I choose to refuse at that time if I was not happy?) Today Arrived early in the morning and sat in the shop, it was £80, said it needed a hairstylist's styling, so there was an increase. The whole process was simple and rough. I soaked my whole back while washing my hair, but didn't even apologize. When I told Helen, she picked up a used towel and stuffed it into my back, and continued to curl roughly. Send... I can't wait to urge me to pay first when it is not completed, and the final effect is not satisfactory. I want to tell Helen: You are not a hair stylist, you do not have the proper skills and the courtesy that a service practitioner should have. What a very bad experience!

Mia was so incredible. I've had ten years of experience doing hair and I've never been so impressed. Mia was meticulous, careful, and friendly. She took her time and the owner checked on us regularly to check that things were going well. I'd say this is the most professional hair service I've ever had!
