The Home Insurer took a lot of the stress out of finding appropriate buildings insurance. I dealt with Tom and was able to speak to him each time I phoned without any delay. I tried to get quotes from insurance companies but they asked a lot of unnecessary questions and their forms didn't cater for my requirements. If I did manage to speak to someone their replies were 'scripted'. The Home Insurer felt much more personal and I felt confident they knew what they were talking about.
