Dreadful service. Went into store with my daughter to enquire about booking appointment to view mob outfits. Spent 15 minutes in shop without as much as an acknowledgement from staff. If someone had just said sorry we’ll be with you shortly we would have been happy to wait. Very poor.

To start off with, nowhere on their website, Facebook page, Instagram etc does it mention they charge for appointments. However when you initially reach out they may remember to tell you this or forget and ask when you want to confirm a time. Not a great start tbh.We went here looking for MOB outfit. The lady we met didn’t listen to us at all and the other was just on her phone the 90% of time.We explained what we were thinking of or were looking for and was told please don't ask for anything green despite now selling winter stock? Fortunately not what we needed but when she looked for dresses it was all the most expensive options they had and everything had feathers or a neckline that was uncomfortable we stated at the beginning that would not work. Said multiple times we did not like or have an interest in outfits containing feathers (don't care if they were real or not) but was told it 'looks nice' but that's the problem, EVERYTHING that was tried 'look's' nice. I ended up picking out a dress but was initially told by staff lady they already selected some so it would be fine? I had to push and say we had seen this online and liked it more.Don't come here if you want staff that will give you an honest opinion or a remotely helpful suggestion. They had limited sizing in most styles we were interested in but they could order stuff in, I'd imagine for a 'small' charge too.No photos are allowed due to 'copyright' as if you cannot/ have not already seen the dresses online etc. If we wanted a dressmaker to make recreate it we wouldn't have bothered paying for an appointment in the first place or traveling so far to get to the store. Ridiculous in this day and age especially since they do not have any exclusive designers! Buf if you do shop around I was able to find most of the designer dresses from other official stockists cheaper than this store too!The only positive I will give them absolute credit for and the only reason for the second star, is the cleanliness of the store and the very careful handling of all their stock. Have not seen many places that do still provide that level of care for the items. This just doesn't make up for the fact that the most basic customer service is just lacking. Just so disappointing.

Had a wonderful experience in Gasp with Teresa and Michelle. Both very professional and knew how to help us to choose a suitable outfit for mother of the bride. Will definitely be back.

We went in to find a mother of the bride outfit, my mobility isn’t good and I hate trying on clothes, so I was dreading this appointment.The owner Anne seemed to notice my reluctance and she put me at ease straight away. Nothing was too much trouble she helped me to relax and not once did I feel under pressure to hurry. We spent two hours trying on outfits and accessories; Anne was absolutely amazing. I now have my outfit for my beautiful daughter’s wedding day all thanks to that lady, Anne.So THANKYOU for your understanding and patience - you made an appointment that I was stressing over into a really special experience that I actually enjoyed.

Went here looking for mother of the groom outfit with my daughter and granddaughter. Was out of place in less than 20 mins. . Had appointment made. The lady I met didn’t listen to me at all when I explained what I was looking for and Made me feel as if my request was ridiculous.The outfits were ridiculous she came with and did absolutely nothing for me at all.Very disappointing experience.

I’ve purchased a longline waistcoat and am so happy with my purchase. Fabulous quality, amazingly helpful staff and very quick delivery. I will be keeping my eye out on your new seasons stock!

We three sisters went to shop for our sister's Mother of the Groom outfit service. It was fab experience, the staff are so lovely and really know their stuff.

Had a fabulous visit to Gasp boutique and found 'the dress' to be a very well dressed mother of the groom.I could have taken several beautiful dresses as their stock is brilliant.We were served by Leonie who kept us in good spirits. Definitely would recommend Gasp as a one stop shop for special day outfits.

Gasp is an AMAZING boutique without doubt the best in (NI) for mother of bride/groom and occasion wear. The selection of labels is extensive, Ann, Teresa and Michelle were extremely helpful and attentive when we shopped there last Saturday. Thank you so much! We will definitely be back!
