Been coming here for years normally see the older lady in the day time can’t remember her name but she is amazingBUT i came here 2 days ago and see the newish younger lady and it was one of the worst massages i have ever had she has left me felling worse.Normally i instantly fell the benefits but this massage has left me struggling to move my neck and also walk

I had a massage here a few times, last time I went I had an hamstring strain which sort of healed but then the pain travelled down the back of my knee calf and foot giving me cramps multiple times a day and at night.I was 3 days out from a bodybuilding competition and after the massage the pain and cramps were way way better.I managed to step on stage and win the show!Highly recommend kay!

Pre booked massage . Decent experience. Ive been in better looking establishments but im going for the massage and it was ok . My advice ask them to go easy on you because that was the most strong massage I've had ever. Woman was very talented but very strong and my pride wouldn't allow me to tell her to go easy on me. The place is kinda cramped and tight . Sauna and steam room closed due to covid

Swiss Cottage Thai Massage and Spa
Just returned from the Swiss Cottage Thai Sauna. The massage was tough but I'm not complaining because that was what I requested and I usually feel the benefits later. Unfortunately, the Sauna wasn't working properly and the steam room was hit and miss. Will go back next year in the hope that these issues will have been fixed. The staff are always friendly and polite.
