The Groom Room Erdington

Staff have no customer service very rude, cancelled my dog appointment due to covid guide lines stating my dog had been groomed 4 weeks prior to appointment when in fact it had been 10 weeks. Staff would no listen to their mistake, she was rude won't be going again

My dog was nervous when we arrived for nail clipping. She has never been like this before. Instead of calming her down, lady tried to get straight to clipping. She ended up drawing blood. My dog got even more nervous. Got back home and checked nails and they were mostly not straight cut, but angled side ways. Never coming back again.

I have been to this store on 2 occasions now to purchase tropical fish and both times staff have walked away from the department without offering any assistance.One girl looked at us picked up her water bottle and walked in the back with another colleague for several minutes so we leftToday l actually said in earshot of another colleague that no one wants to serve you in here. He turned looked at my daughter and l and carried on straightening the boxes on the shelf not one word like can l help you or is anything l can do for youAbsolute jokeIf you don’t like the job go home and give it to someone who is willing and more competent

Amy did a 5 star job today with Gigi. Gigi has super thick hair and hates being groomed by me; she was an angel for Amy and Amy has her looking the best she ever has! Gigi is super pleased with her new look too!

Literally could not be happier with the groom my little bichon frise had today, apart from incredibly friendly staff, the cut was absolutely perfect. She's immaculate and the shape is spot on, not too short and not too long. She loved Louise too, fabulous service, will definitely be booking in again

Barely took anything of my cocker spaniel but still changed the full price, was not what I asked for. And since going for his groom he is matting more on his ears and won't let anyone touch them which is unusual for him and appears scared when you want to brush him. Not sure what happened at his groom.

Not even worth half a start. Disheartened really am. 3rd visit and last wont take my cockapoo back. Issue not resolved i refuse to take him back to be corrected for many errors. He was there 2 hours I'm not doing it to him poor baby.
