Hollywood nails

Terrible. 40 mins late with appointment start. No apology or warning. Made cuticles bleed twice man was so rough. Nail ends uneven and ridged at sides. Worst customer service ever had and overcharged on listed price.

terrible service and rude workers, payed £40 for nails they said would be £30. didn’t get the design right and wouldn’t go again.

Absolutely terrible customer service it took three hours for my nails to be completed and I was cut twice while getting them done my acrylics were awful wonky,bumpy and painted terrible iv had to go into a different nail shop to get them fixed!

I have been going here for years. Today I had my nails done. The worst experience ever.4 staff, no interaction with customers whatsoever and customers sitting in silence. Talking in their own language and laughing, not paying attention to what they were doing or listening to customers.Even the music was in their language.It might be helpful to have better customer service and understand that having your nails done is not a necessity it’s a pamper and we are your paying customers. I couldn’t wait to get out. I think I will now find another salon.

Came to get my nails done and they came out terrible! Poor application, poor shaping, poor customer service, lack of attention to the detail of nails waited 45 minutes to get them to see me was late to a meeting I’m absolutely forming will not be coming back here!!!!!!!!!! Btw I’ve painted over them!!!

Went to get a gel, after a few weeks my nails started cracking and the base and my nails have been breaking off near or at the nail bed.The service was okay, not good but not so bad either and I was content with the work. I feel like for the money I paid I’d expect a better result but it was fine.I didn’t go back in for a retouch as I was just going to grow them out but now I can’t as they’re all breaking off painfully.Wouldn’t recommend.

Great nails ,lovely friendly people ,as well as doing my nails they did my daughters and grand daughters lovely girlie dayx
