Disappointing and Deceptive Experience – DO NOT GO THEREI recently had a regrettable experience at the We Buy Any Car branch located in Glenrothes. I had scheduled an appointment for a valuation of my MERCEDES-BENZ SLK with an expected value of £4,610.00.Upon arrival, I was greeted warmly by two men who proceeded to inspect my car. The main representative, who appeared to be in charge, used an iPad to ask me questions about the vehicle while the other gentleman examined it closely. During this process, the second individual identified an issue with the back bumper's paint job, which I wasn't aware of any repair for.After a private conversation between the two representatives, I was presented with an initial offer of £3,100, which I found unreasonably low and declined.The situation escalated as the main representative referred to the other individual as his boss" and a new offer of £3

The guy in the branch I can’t fault. Talked through the car etc all good.I had many calls to notify me that my appointment was upcoming and to confirm, just an admin issue with systems not being updated.Wouldn’t put me off returning if I ever needed to sell a car in future

Was offered £875 booked the appointment to go through for them to suddenly decide to offer £163 absolute disgrace.
