Very rude and arrogant owner. Treats customers poorly. Would not go again

Very unprofessional and rude owner, will be reporting to trading standards.

Customer service extremely poor, if you try on 4/5 outfits the owner then says you can't try anymore. Beadwork on clothes also not great as before even trying on clothes they fell off the kameez. Would not recommend

Reasonably priced. Lots of choice.Good parking nearby.Can't try clothes on.No refunds. Exchange only.Sale items, like it or lump it once you've paid you're stuck with it. (you can't try it on in the shop, despite there being a changing room ).Customers friendly. Owner rude, stressed and snappy. Needs an assistant.(Perhaps an apprentice who is friendly and helpful).No retail policies. Only owners own unreasonable policies. (Trading standards?)Clothes everywhere. On the floors, on the walls, stuck to the ceiling and windows.Very warm and sticky inside. No ventilation.Looks like a glitzy glam jumble sale.Busy though, but not many clothes shops locally. What more can I say...
