My 5 yr old granddon's first trip to the dentist. Receptionist greeted him by his name as soon as he arrived immediately taking away any anxiety on entering this unknown environment. The dentist was 'friendly' (grandson's words !) and enthusiastic. Cleanliness, time keeping, whole experience = 100%

This dentist is one of the best ones I've had. I had an extraction about 3 weeks ago and I then got an abscess they had me go to dental practice, had a look, drained, washed out and antibiotics given. My dentist Yeganeh Dehghan Noodeh was absolutely fabulous all the way through the process from extraction. Couldn't fault her at all. The whole practice was really supportive. If you have a dental problem these guys are willing to listen and do something about it

I visited this dental surgery in fear and trepidation having had a bad experience at my previous one. It took me quite a while to pluck up the courage to make an appointment but I am very glad I did! The kerb appeal of the surgery is not that good as the frontage is small, it's on a busy road and is a bit shabby looking. However, once you open the door, all that is forgotten. The staff welcome you immediately and are polite and friendly. I was directed upstairs almost immediately to a waiting area and it wasn't long before I was seen by the dentist.From the minute the dentist ( Dagoberto Galan) started talking to me I felt relaxed and reassured that I would be looked after and that how I felt really mattered.He introduced me to his assistant and talked to me at length about my previous dental history and my anxieties around the treatment I was having. I explained that in the past my anxieties had prevented me from being able to receive treatment from a hygienist. Dr Galan was patient and understanding and both he and his assistant reassured me throughout the scaling process, making sure I knew what was going on and checking all was ok. The result of this outstanding service was that I left the surgery feeling happy and relaxed instead of leaving in tears and not wanting to return which was how things were with my previous dentist surgery.Thank you!

Friendly yet very professional. Spent most of my youth avoiding dentists like the plague - I seriously did not inherit my father's teeth - but it is a testimony to my dentist at that practice that in my sixties I'm going to have to have a single false tooth. Can't recommend them highly enough

I am delighted to update my review following the outstanding customer service of the manager, Ashley.Firstly, the dental care here is always top tier, I've never once had a bad experience.I had an administrative issue during my last visit but the marker of a good company is how they handle complaints or issues. Ashley, broke down the series of unfortunate and innocent mistakes that led to a booking issue which they eventually resolved. I am honestly so happy with the honesty and reaction of this practise, I actually left with a smile on my face :)

I had a recommendation to a private dentist for a root canal which went well thankfully.The cap broke and I didn't get a new one fitted causing the first crown to break which was at no cost remade, cemented and pushed into place.I was dealt with considerately, with attentive care. I would recommend this dentistry as they have looked after my teath for many years. Would reccommend. Also have had a pleasant and professional and pleasant experience with office staff at all times.

I have been treated by all staffs in the surgery very respectfully and kindly, they are the most amazing team you would wish for when you go with fear for your dental treatment, my dentist Yegsneh is the nicest dentist ever. Her patience knowledge and careful treatment was extraordinary. I will go again if I need any dental treatment.

I feel the luckiest person alive to have found a wonderful surgery who understand my needs .I was so afraid as I've been shamed by other dentists for problems not my fault.These staff go above and beyond and are doing everything to support me to be able to smile confidently again .They are all amazing . Please please remember when leaving reviews they have one pair of hands and they are not responsible for the cutbacks and shortages you may have incurred .Literally giving me back confidence I'd thought gone forever x

My teeth in a bad way should be taken out be for it gets worse. But no one cares. And now I'm on antibiotics. For the teeth. And I no what will happen I be back on antibiotics acan after a week and this teeth will get worse. And not getting sorted out I feel Neglected And treated like rubbish because i'm on the doll. ESA PIP. If I went privately that tooth would have been sorted by now. Ps what is rong with this place keeps Accusing me of Eating sweets for bad teeth. I don't eat sweets all the time or Alcohol or drugs.

Receptionist Lady was very friendly and accommodating I was able to secure a slot right away and also 1million Stars for Dr. Yeganeh and her assistant. They have been very friendly from the day we have started until I have had my tooth extraction they are very patient and kind because I was so nervous but they have waited and given me enough time for the procedure. They dont overcharge and they wont suggest unnecessary dental procedures unless you really need it. (I have been to other dentist that's why) This is the cheapest private dentist yet highly recommended dental service around Cambridge.
