Can’t fault the service at all. Everyone is friendly, efficient and just very good at their jobs. Great example for Specsavers.

Another disappointing visit.Vision tests and staff were great, but sales and delivery of correct, expected order is really bad.Pricing is confusing, and really expensive - I got a great pair of reading specs and distance specs online last year for £35. Specsavers reading + intermediate + distance/reading bifocals, nearly £300. I won't shop for specs at Specsavers again

The staff were excellent and they explained everything that I needed to know, they were very quick in making mine and my wife's glasses and we don't have any problems with them.

I have visited the eye centre many times and have always recieved excellent sevice.All of the staff are on point, they know what to do and when to do it.They maintain a sence of humer and tolerance. Love goin there .Well done.

All the staff I dealt with were polite helpful friendly and pleasant. Ellie sorted my painful eyes and at times she went above and beyond. Excellent service from all.

A recent visit for an eye test and to discuss contact lenses was conducted in a friendly and professional manner by all the members of staff I encountered. Specsavers, Friars Walk has been my 'go to' opticians for many years now.

I'm very disappointed. Specsavers mocked me for 11 whole months (from last January) to get me a pair of contact lenses.From the left eye the lens was correct but from the right eye it was completely wrong, the vision was very poor and I saw the objects blurry. In 11 months of testing (trials) the lens they told me every time they were sending the lens to the lab to fix it. They actually never sent the right lens to the lab because in all the trials done my vision was the same as the first time. Just today after so long they told me they can't fix my lense . At first the trials were done with RGP lenses and then with mini scleral lenses which were supposed to be suitable for my condition.on their website they say they make lenses for keratoconus but they are lying.The patient must first have a corneal topography for theses lenses .They never did a corneal on meWithout corneal topography no contact lenses are made for keratoconus.Why didn't they tell me from the first moment that they don't have the ability to make contact lenses for keratoconus?I lost my time, it's pity.Very bad service, very bad experience.

I was so impressed with all the staff I interacted with here on the weekend. Everyone was so warm, welcoming and friendly. For some reason my eye test appointment wasn't on the system, but the staff went above and beyond to make sure I was seen quickly despite these system errors. I had some concerns with headaches so they did all relevant checks and tests possible to re-assure me and help me find a solution. The fact that every staff member I encountered was equally positive and nice speaks volumes for the store. Thank you.

Very helpful and professional. Very pleasant staff throughout the store. I wouldn't visit any other opticians. Specsavers are great.
