Kate did a fantastic job with my Lhasa Apsos! She was really kind and thoughtful about setting up a slot for Milly, who is not a fan of other dogs, and the end result was brilliant. Would 100% recommend.

Kate did a great job of my pups first face groom as he's only 12 weeks so his coat is not ready for a full groom .

This is the only place I can take my nervous rescue for a groom. They do such a good job!

I've been taking Poppy to be groomed since she was 12 weeks old, Kate does a fantastic job and she comes out looking and smelling amazing every time. Kate is very approachable and is always happy and willing to offer advice as I am a first time dog owner. I highly recommend woof and ready if you are looking for a grooming service you can trust.

Grooming was fine. But very disappointed that the price was almost doubled after the grooming. Was told that our dog was a beagle cross collie, quoted £20. Didn't say anything when you saw our dog, but once the grooming was finished, told it was £35 because he's labrador size. Despite him being smaller than a collie.I understand that he might be bigger than what was quoted for but to only mention the price increase once the grooming is complete and not when seeing him, I think is an underhanded move.Edit, to reply to you message.You had all the information about his age and breed, that he was a collie beagle cross. So you had all the information to provide an correct quote.We were 6 minutes late and you only gave us your address this morning.We told us you had a cancellation and that is why you could fit him in.I wish we had never bothered coming to you, he wasn't even brushed. I would avoid this groomer and go to another.Best of luck getting repeat business when you rip new customers off.

I have a 1 year old dog, I have only had him for 12 weeks and he has had 2 grooms in that time, the first was just a tidy up and the second one I had him cut a little shorter than the first.I decided to try Woof & Ready as it is local to me, as most of the reviews were positive apart from one. When I phoned to make an appointment, I asked why the bad review and I was happy with the explanation given.I dropped my 2 dogs off at 2.30pm, 1 for a full groom (which usually takes 2 hours at the other groomers) and 1 for a wash and brush.Regarding the full groom, I told her that he was last done about 6-7 weeks ago so I only wanted the new growth taking off and do not want him short like the Spaniel on the table. I told her to leave his tail alone and just give it a trim to tidy.Well, 3 hours later and the dogs were not ready so I told her not to start my other dog as it is now evening, they need feeding and 1 of my dogs is in kidney failure and needs her medication. I took my dogs straight to Woof & Ready from their afternoon walk and my friend said that the dogs may need a drink as 1 is in kidney failure. No offer was made to give my dogs a drink.I saw no water available for my dogs in the grooming room or the cages. The room looked very disorganised with stuff" piled up everywhere and on the floor

Took my Dashund for his nails clipped at last minute and they did a good job highly recommend

Took my Yorkshire terrier for full groom today great job very pleased . Roxy seemed happy and relaxed when I collected her . The lady seems like a very caring animal lover which definitely put me at ease. Thank youJanuary 2020Called up and got appointment next day was very impressed.
