Synergy Dental

The ladies on reception today (11/7) were lovely very caring and thoughtful.The dentist was amazing and took her time and gave a really good examination explained everything well and was very patient with my son.

Very disappointed to find out that my children are no longer patients at this practice. I have received no notification of this. It seems that if you are registered as an nhs patient you are not worthy of any communication despite attending regular appointments. One of my children had quite a serious problem that the dentist told us she wanted to keep an eye on with 3 monthly check ups. I was told in March that they would contact me to make the next appointment having followed that up today I have been told they are no longer registered here absolutely disgusting. Pure greed on the part of the dentist profession yet again!

Synergy Dental provides an excellent service. The staff are helpful and friendly, the dentists ensure you understand the various aspects of you check ups and treatment plans and the hygienist gives really good advice in order to keep your whole mouth in a healthy state. I would recommend them to anyone.

A happy and welcoming establishment. Everyone is so helpful and caring with all aspects of the treatment fully explained. It makes it a pleasure going for any dental treatment rather than a dread. My thanks to all of the team at the Burslem practice.

Stefan is very professional and makes me feel at ease every time I visit. His air flow treatment is excellent.
