Did excellent job on replacing my son's laptop screen highly recommend and would u again the future .

Excellent service and friendly, knowledgeable people. They had to order replacement parts, but still managed to get my computer fixed and returned to me in 2 days.

Please confirm the terms of service carefully before deciding to get you machine repaired here. I called for an update regarding the laptop I had dropped for repair and was told it is with the engineer and they will let me know when there is an update. When I called again after a few days as I didn’t hear from them (a mistake from me as I misheard them over the phone, and thought they will update me by the end of the day). I was told that my machine is waiting for parts, parts are in transit from china and will take approximately 12 days. At this point I was a bit concerned as I was initially told they will have a look the machine and will let me know if it can be fixed. When I raised this concern, I was told not to worry I will be given a quote and if I am not happy the machine will be returned without being repaired. Fast forward a few days I receive a call informing me that the engineer has rejected the repair due the machine being badly handled during a previous repair. The was not repaired by anyone earlier. Even if I disregarded this fact and accept the diagnosis, the many stories I was told regarding the current state and the repair process discourages me from using their service in the future.Edit: Just realised that owner has edited the response to my review with more authentic sounding one than the initial one that did not answer the questions raised. However it has to be noted that this all in light of my review and were not shared with me during or after the machine was collected.

Very helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. Sorted out a laptop problem for non tech user and gave v sound advice. Use again without doubt.

Dropped a 27” screen dead iMac in for repair. Very open and honest discussion of what was likely wrong. Decided best way forward and was fixed with refurb part and collected next day. Would use again.

Suffered intermittent issues with my HP Laptop keyboard making it unusable and decided to give Computer Solutions a try. Left it with them overnight and it was fixed early the next day. Great friendly service from John - Thanks..

We took our IMac to Computer Solutions as they were recommended as the best people to answer our IT questions and offer solutions. John listened to what we hoped to achieve from our machine and offered solutions we didn’t think were even possible. We are thoroughly impressed and happy with what he has done for us and we cannot rate highly enough, their service and technical knowledge

Very untruthful workers, I was told that my computer had started inspection and after further investigation on my behalf, my PC was in the exact state I brang it in, I had a cable purposely lodged under my graphics card to see if it would be moved but wasn’t, the service they give is nothing but a joke.I was told I would be called when the inspection started but before I ever received that phone call, I told them that I wanted a refund as I have somewhere else to take my PC, they declined this refund because “apparently” they already started the inspection. The employee acted brainless. And kept saying he didn’t remember saying that he would tell me when they start the inspection.This employee also lied multiple times about the inspection and what he actually did to my computer, he also told me that he would not tell me what the issue is with my computer and refused to give or show me the Refund Policy that they don’t even have in place.Complete and utter liars. Shameful fraud-stars.This issue has been forwarded to Trading Standards and I will be taking this further.

Visited the store recently about a smashed screen on my tablet and was told by the owner it wouldn’t be worth his time doing because it’s a cheaper brand and they deal with “high end” goods!As every other negative review has been labelled as “fake” I assume this will be too. I’d advise to stay away, unless you have one of the latest more expensive devices at the “higher end” of the market.Personally I felt that the owner was rude, snooty and unprofessional.

My first visit to computer solutions. I was having software issues with my Mac and they very speedily solved the issue whilst keeping me up to date with the progress. John, the owner, is a brilliant character who during installation, contacted a friend to support me regarding a completely separate discussion on my placement search. A credit to Paul, the welcoming handyman who will get any of your device issues sorted. Great store. Highly Recommend.
