Me and my boyfriend stayed here for two nights three days, staff were brilliant and offered us lots of advice as we were not familiar with the area. Right next to the main bus station, shopping centre, local food and drinking pubs and taxis are available to pick you up from right outside the main doors. The room was fantastic, beds were extremely comfortable and the shower was amazing.I couldn’t recommend a better hotel!

Had not stayed at this hotel since before covid we used to book and stay twice a year. Its in a fantastic location. We paid for premier plus room, very expensive in August. So we expected a premier plus service for our room.We stayed 5 days. In that time our room was NEVER cleaned. You are told to tell reception that you want your room cleaned which we did plus we put card on door outside to be cleaned. I saw the receptionists everyday requesting a room in a book but never done.By third day i Complained to reception no helpful response ,no apology.I decided to track down the cleaner in our corridor for at least clean towels.Language barrier was an issue but with lots of pointing at loo rolls and clean towels i eventually got some. For price we paid and getting no room clean during our stay is not acceptable, when we paid more.Big staffing issues at night.Same guy, takeing meal orders, doing the bar and bringing food to tables plus running to reception desk, actually felt sorry for him.I wont pay for a premier inn plus room again.Liverpool is amazeing.

Great location in the heart on Liverpool docks area. Lots around the hotel to see and do. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was hot and always plenty there. Didn't like the way you have to go up the lift to get to the reception on the 2nd floor, but in is what it is. No car park like most city centre places but a Q park 2 doors down. Would stay there again the next time I visit the area for work or a getaway with the other half.

I recently stayed at Premier Inn Liverpool on Hanover Street and unfortunately, the experience was met with poor customer service from the reception staff. During our stay, there was a concerning incident on the 5th floor where an unauthorised person was knocking on doors at 10.30am and murmuring as if they were under the influence. Despite multiple attempts to contact the reception for assistance, my calls went unanswered whilst I called for 30 minutes straight, leaving me feeling frightened and helpless in my room. When I finally informed a staff member at reception later, their lack of sympathy and seriousness towards checking security footage was disappointing. The incident raised serious concerns about the hotel's security, and the staff's response left much to be desired. We also made a request for room replenishment made in accordance with their policy, requiring it to be completed before 12pm on the specified day. Despite notifying reception at 10:20am as we left, housekeeping failed to attend to our room by 3pm when we returned! To our inconvenience, a staff member arrived at 3:30pm for housekeeping when we were present. Additionally, the hallways were always cluttered with laundry bags until very late in the afternoons, contributing to an overall unsatisfactory experience.

First time at this Premier Inn. A great location for Liverpool City centre. Only a short work to Liverpool 1 and the River Mersey, Albert Dock. The rooms are very clean and very modern. The beds are extremely comfortable. Easy to use air conditioning system to keep your room at the right temperature.I would happily return to this hotel.

Rooms were lovely, clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was lovely and plentiful. Reception staff were very uncommunicative and no help at all. Also, email suggested early checkin would be available on arrival. This was not the case. Would be much better if you could choose and pay for early checkin prior to arrival.

The main problem with this hotel is the reception. None of the check in monitors were working, and there was no one to meet and greet you, so it feels budge end, but at £150 per room, it wasn't exactly. Security on the door at night check you are residents, which is both comforting and disconcerting. Breakfast was tasteless but fair with quite a lot of choice, it was a self-service buffet and was what you would expect for this kind of hotel. The room was spotless but very basic smemities. No toilet brush or bottled water or removable shower head, meaning you have to get your head under. The room was good temperature on a cold night. Bed was as advertised, very comfy, and nearby parking was £24 for £24 hours, so not too bad. Would I stay there again ....for between £80 and £100. Breakfast was only worth £8.99 per person.

My wife and I recently stayed here and had a great time. The hotel is well located and handy to shops etc. It's also only a 10 minute walk from Liverpool Lime Street Station and probably only 3 minutes from Liverpool Central Station. We had a top floor (5th) room which was clean and without faults. There was even a bath there too, which we prefer over a shower.

Premier Inn has always been one of my top choices for accommodation. My short stay here was good and comfortable. The room’s size is ample if you have luggages and the facilities were clean. Checking in and out processes were also smooth and efficient. My only gripe with this location is the poor Wifi speed and you have to pay if you want faster speed. Hopefully this can be improved!

This Premier in is in the perfect location close to Paradise Street and only a 10 minute walk from Pier Head and Albert Docks. It's also close to Liverpool One bus station and there's a main bus stop right across from the hotel entrance which services the airport and most main routes. The rooms are a good size and the beds are super comfortable, though they are very high and as someone not overly tall, it did feel a bit like I needed a running start to hop up onto the bed!!Both mornings of our stay, we ordered breakfast which, for £9.99 per person, was excellent. It's served buffet style and includes both continental and cooked as well as unlimited coffee, fruit, cereal and pastries. Everything tasted really fresh and well cooked and we left both days really full and not needing lunch. My one complaint is the shower over the bath, it's so dangerous to get out of. Because the bath is so deep and the only thing to grip onto is a towel rail, you're effectively stepping out of a wet, very slippy bath onto a slippy tiled floor. I wear glasses and my depth perception isn't great without them, so when stepping out of the shower, I turned my ankle a little bit.For the price, I'd definitely stay here again though, because the location was perfect and it felt very safe. You need to use your room key to reach the room levels above reception, as well as to access the corridor within the floor. For such a central hotel, it is really quiet too!
