Found the service good although I had a long wait for the fitting of my door due to the wrong size being ordered the staff were very applogetic and polite and tidy on the day it was fitted over all I would use them again

Outstanding service from these people, needed a replacement patio door glass unit, due to it shattering, from my initial phone call, they sent a glazier out the next day, to measure up, asked for three other units to be measured up that had blown whilst he was here, I received the quote the following day, which was very reasonable, it took two weeks to make/fit and that was only because we were away.Everyone that I spoke to from this company were very friendly and gave good advice,the glaziers that came out to fit the new units were polite and efficient and cleaned up after themselves.A first class job from a first class Business.THANKS.

We purchased a bathroom mirror which was glued to the wall, unfortunately we had a problem with it. Spoken to Chris who was extremely helpful. Burton Glass came out to remove & replace for a very reasonable price. What a lovely, polite, friendly & professional crew (even the two youngsters). Would definitely have them back.Derek & Linda

First time I’ve used Burton Glass and they replaced a number of double glazed units in wood frames. From measuring, quoting and installation I’ve been really pleased with whom ever I’ve dealt with; via email, phone and face to face. Really nice and friendly people and a good job done. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. More of my double glazed units will need replacing in near future and I’ll be contacting Burton Glass first.

Excellent service, arrived on time and on the day they said they would. Only a minor job carried but all looks really good! Will be using again when I need a new front / back doors.

Excellent service from start to finish. Fantastic job by the installation team, no mess and minimal disruption. The new windows and doors look excellent. They have made the house quieter and warmer, I would definitely use them again. They were comparable on price with other quotes that I had to.
