Staff very nice and helpful till there’s an issue. Kia rio was delivered filthy inside with food remnants in the creases and dust everywhere, despite staff claiming it had been valeted that day. Damage and scratches to the interior and exterior which was not described. Flat tyres and oil warning light on. Steven in sales refused to refund my deposit of £500 before I reminded customer rights when buying a car sight unseen, a refund was approved but it took a week and countless phone calls with staff chasing for the money because they kept saying no one in management was around to approve it. Very stressful experience and would not recommend.

Went to buy a car and staff was rude. No communication at all. Racist. Will be reported to Suzuki.DO NOT BUY FROM HERE . THEY DONT DESERVE YOUR BUSINESS. RUDE

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. The car I bought gave me more problems than my last one. None of the fluids were checked, even though we were promised a full service. It took over three weeks to get the car, even though promised two weeks. Then we were promised a full tank of fuel and hardly had enough to get it off the lot! Everything then went wrong with the car. When we called in, they were incredibly rude and even swore a few times. Highly unprofessional and poor, poor service. Better going to bristol street which is right next door. If I could give less than one star, I wouldn't hesitate.

I've bought two cars from clearwater in the past two and a half years, i think that the cars are priced well and they've given me a good px for mine. I'd say that Stefan and the sales team are great, they're not pushy and they make the experience of buying a car pleasant. However I don't think I'd buy another car from them now just because of the issues I've had with my cars. First car from them broke after 3 months, they fixed it under warranty and it was fine after, couldn't fault them was just one of those things that happen. Second car has just been serviced, quoted over 2K for repairs from my cars main dealer, only had it 10 months, as soon as they drove it they noticed an issue. Again these things happen with cars, but I do remember the car making a droning noise when I bought it originally, i noticed it on the test drive and always since ive drove it, not being a mechanic myself I just assumed they knew better and if there was a noise that I picked up straight away that it must be normal otherwise they wouldn't be selling the car. However the noise I heard was a flexi joint failing which has now cost me a lot of money to put right. In all fairness I didn't bother contacting them this time to see what they could do about it, so maybe they could have sorted it out and changed my view on them. But to be honest from this I have lost all confidence in buying another car from them because servicing was either aware of the issue and thought it was okay to sell in its condition or the servicing team just didn't pick up on it, either way it's not great. Used cars aren't perfect and maybe I was unlucky, but even so, the car shouldn't have been sold with the issue.

WARNING …Bought a Mitsubishi barbarian from here, firstly they had no log book then after 3 days was jumping out of drive the truck went back the mechanic Rob who said didn’t know what was wrong ,I asked for a refund on the 28 th of April by which time they’d had the truck longer than me ! Got fobbed off with excuses and given false info and have been ringing Clearwater cars and the office at staverton ..dealt with Steve and George who made excuses as to where my £14000 had got to apparently it would take 3 working days!!!!!! Now today after getting very irate and my partner informing solicitor ..the accountant Rebecca called my partner and despite George telling me it had been done ,today was the first she knew of refund and promptly reimbursed us 9/5/2023 very poor service indeed!!!

Recently bought a car from Clearwater in Bristol road. Nothing was too much trouble, and the staff pulled all the stops out to make my purchase easy and straight forward.They attended to areas of the car that required renewing and never made me feel unimportant.Thanks to Stefan and Stuart, for your honesty, , helpfulness and providing a vehicle that meets my needs.

Absolutely horrendous service.Waited 3 months to get my car looked at after faults developed a few days after purchase from completely motoring. Which tells me they must sell a lot of faulty vehicles if their garage is that rammed with customers.Dealt with one sales guy who outright lied pretending he didn't notice the obvious fault which goes beyond sales staff usual benign patter and pitches which they think everyone is gullible enough to swallow.Ended up taking it to a proper garage who sorted my issues for free as he was sympathetic to me having to deal with such a terrible garage.

An amazing service from James at Gloucester Clearwater Cars.He discussed every step and took time to inform me of the process and development from start to collection!Nothing was complicated… what more could you want from a purchase!This is our second car purchase from here and we will continue to recommend to friends and family!Becky
