I was a bit hesitant at first but after going in and speaking to some of the guys working there, you have now got a customer for life. The service that I recieved was great from start to finish, any questions I had they were more than happy to answer and after explaining my needs they helped me pick out the perfect bike! Big thanks to John and Marcus for their patience and professionalism. Glad to know you can still recieve customer service like this!

I bought a new motorcycle with money, when I left the store I realized that the rear wheel was damaged, I went back there and had to fight with them to change the wheel and the wheel still has a problem, I also put the accessories with which was the worst choice that I did . I've already done this, what a bad job, my bike is a week old and is making the same noise as my three year old bike, I went for maintenance today at 600 miles I spoke to them about the noise it's making but they haven't fixed the problem . The problem is that he said the noise was coming from somewhere else, and I paid for the inspection and looked at how the mechanic was going to look, he knocked three times and said there was a problem and told his boss that there was no problem, his boss said A rude person came to tell me that there was nothing either, I left there five minutes later the noise remains the same, it's just that the bike heats up and the bike makes the same noise again, that's why I don't recommend anyone to buy or make one. some kind of!

Very bad behaviour and unprofessional staff . They wrote Michellen tyre in invoice but they put Bridgestone.They put excessive oil in my engine cause of black smoke. When I tell him , he was rude with me .

Ordered some parts from bike parts yam but haven’t heard from them, if they have the parts in stock or not, no order update . I’ve called them 4 times on a Wednesday but no answer . Finally they answer the phone and cancel my order the refund was quicker than receive my order . I’ve rang fowlers Yamaha they had the parts in stock and also post at the same day . Definitely will order again . Poor customer service I’ve should listen to my friends from London to not buy anything from them as they had the same experience .
