Last resort supplier, they do not honour prices on offered goods. Cost considerably more than advertised & I am not referring to admin and other charges that suddenly appear.

6.1.2021 Ordered and paid an item it was on stock on 15th december to avoid customs before brexit. They shipped it on 5th january in new year, now I have to pay custom because of brexit! In 10 days they were not capable to pack the item inbox and call the courirer.8.1.2021 Review correction from 1 start to 5 stars! - I got refunded my import charges from them, they were very kind and resolved this unusual situation very well. Thank you.

SENT TWO x Decent offers on eBay for a power supply it was £55 and i offered £40 then a second offer off £45 BOTH Offers were ignored! not even a counter or decline both offers ignored! So today just checked and this company not only ignored my offers! GUESS WHAT! They just put the price up from £55 to £75 a very shady strange way of doing business RADWELL UK EBAY STORE!

I am dealing with Radwell since 2010 When i was working for Lektronix and then Rockwell automation. Services were good till 2018-19.But Radwell is really worst nowadays. If you are ordering new items from them they will supply refurbished or used items. So on documents they will claim the products are new but in real they are old. Later they raise their hands. I have escalated this to their managing Director Mr. Martin but he is also not responsible as their previous management.Really worst experience i had with Radwell.

Paid extra for delivery before 10:30am the following day.Whoever input the address into the UPS system put an 8 instead of a 6 into the postcode. Customer service just confirmed I did give the correct postcode and that it’s a manual error from whoever processed the order.I now have to drive over 6 hours return journey to fit this part to the customers machine due to this companies incompetence. Was told twice that somebody would call me back within 5 minutes, almost 2 weeks later and still nothing. Won’t hold my breath. Would like some compensation for my travel costs and damage to my reputation.

Very Rude people compny and very Low practices .My GOD , i bought ON-Line when i paid money thatn they told that first they will Buy material and they they will inform us and accordingly will dispatch..I m really surprised whether they are running buisness and doing JOKE . and another time I did ask Quote ,It came but after that they necer replied . yes they r only good in sending Promotional mail ,that must be thru some software.. very soon i wish to hear that this ha closed doen business

Absolute chancers, had an item I wanted on the website for 160 plus delivery, I rang to confirm the specification and lead time, they then told me the price was wrong and if I tried to buy off the website it wouldn’t arrive and quoted me over 400 pound plus delivery, I thought I’d try my luck, I bought the one off the website it arrived late but it did arriveWouldn’t trust them after this

ordered a used pilz plc cpu from radwell. advertised as cleaned and tested. arrived very dirty, corner of 1 pcb broken off, and of course it did not work. Took weeks and weeks to get a refund and a lot of chasing. Avoid, there are many better options out there in germany especially
