Sean converted a garage and put a new Bathroom in for me, I'm very happy with both. I found Sean and his team very professional and worked to schedule.

We are really pleased that we chose Rollo Developments for our project and our house looks unrecognisable. 3 walls and a chimney were removed in our 1930s bungalow to create an open plan kitchen/ living space with roof lantern and bifold doors onto the garden. The house also had a full rewire with future proofing in mind for later projects e.g. converting the attic. Sean was really helpful with well considered advice and provided options throughout the works which evolved over time. The works were well project managed, communication was excellent and we developed a lot of trust. Sean also helped with organising, planning and fitting our new Störmer kitchen with Kitchens by Nick McNally. We didn’t expect to be able to afford a kitchen of that quality on our budget and are so pleased that we didn’t go with the high street brand we were initially considering. We will definitely work with Rollo Developments again in the future and can highly recommend.

Sean and the team built a sleep pod in our mezzanine floor. We are delighted with the work. It was professional, on time and competitively priced.

Sean and his team did a major refurbishment of our city centre flat. The service they provided was excellent. The level of craftmanship was outstanding and the whole job was carried out in a highly professional efficient way. There was a lot of bespoke carpentry which was all done to a very high standard.
