Rob, Helder, Gavin and Ethna have been really helpful, helping me out and being really kind when I’ve been going through a very difficult time personally. They’ve made things as easy as possible for me, assisting me when I’ve needed help, finding a ground floor unit for ease, and making me coffees when I’ve been exhausted! They are all so friendly and can recommend Big Yellow Norwich to anyone looking for storage.I would have given 10 stars if I could! :)

Great place for storage, massive choice of room size and incredibly helpful staff. I had reserved a large room but after a walk round with Helder i realised i needed less space than i thought and saved a fair bit of money. All in a great service!

I'm very glad that I chose Big yellow self storage as the process was hassle free and the receptionist (Helder) was really patient, humble, nice and sweet to me and helped me with all the process and explained it properly how the terms and conditions work, help me with my luggage to store. Overall it was good.

From my first contact with Helder he put me at ease and explained the process clearly so I was confident on choosing the big yellow storage company. On the day I moved my belongings in he was there to go through all the requirements and again he was so friendly and knowledgeable. Made what was an extremely stressful day better.
