Called multiple times and sent an email to seek guidance and representation. The receptionist was very apologetic when calling for a second time to chase but several days later and still no contact.One star based on experience and service recieved.

I used Commercial Law to sell my flat. Alex (Poplawska) dealt with my case and was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. She had to deal with a very awkward buyer's solicitor but went above and beyond to sort everything out for me, and was always very easy to get hold of. Not only that, but she was always cheery on the phone/via email, despite having to deal with a nightmare sale and a grumpy client like me. Highly recommended!

Can't complain at all really, Gail was my conveyancer throughout my house buying process and I had no issues at all, never needed to chase, any questions were answered quickly. Everything sorted in about 6 weeks. Highly recommended.

Called for help with my deceased mum’s estate. Receptionist was very brusque and off. Told me she’s put me through to the director. But the line just went silent and I was left waiting for five minutes without knowing what was going on before I hung up and called another solicitor.

I just sold a property, and the support from Alex has been professional and outstanding all the way. As with all property sales, there have been hiccups and challenges, but the communication, advice and hands-on help from Alex meant these moved along much faster. Also, the team provided great support, so when Alex took a day off work we could still progress. I would not use anyone else now, and thoroughly recommend them!

The Commercial Law Practice
We personally wouldn't recommend this firm, because it took them 4.5 months to get the paperwork completed in order for us to move, when apparently it could've taken them 4 -6 weeks. Also, it is stressful enough moving, let alone having constant delays in e-maila with explanations from them, vagueness, all the confusing law terminology they use rather than just straightforwardly getting to the point.
