Phoenix Granite Ltd

We had our kitchen designed and fitted a year ago by Arnold Interiors and the granite worktops were fitted by Phoenix Granite. From creating the template to fitting the worktops Phoenix Granite were EXCELLENT. Perfectly measured and fitted...the circular 'breakfast bar' at the end has become the 'hub' of our kitchen...office, computer area, TV area, dining area....very pleased with all the work and would recommend both companies.

We have received appalling customer service from Phoenix Granite. The product itself is beautiful but unfortunately we were not listened to and not communicated to which resulted in the fitting of our quartz being quite a stressful experience. We did need to delay certain aspects due to the quartz being fitted in conjunction with other work going on but the company seemed to rush though interactions and they were unable to explain their processes effectively. Their fitter seemed happy to leave our splash back un-finished (see image) until we asked for it to be finished off neatly before he left. I feel that this company lack any interpersonal skills and have failed to communicate effectively despite attempts from ourselves and our builder.
