Lovely little deli and bakery. Staff are friendly and helpful.The brownies were superb and the fresh bread delightful.I also really enjoyed my steak and cheese pie.

This is a excellent delicatessen and bakers situated in Cross Street Ellesmere. It has a good selection of food available including excellent Middle cut bacon , Belton farm double Gloucester cheeses and Local Shropshire blue. There is an excellent bakery seeling a good selection of cakes and pastries. The is ample parking nearby at a small cost. Ellesmere is served by the number 53 arriva bus from Oswestry via Gobowen. The 449 Lakeside coaches from Oswestry via Whittington.. The 510 Lakeside coaches from Shrewsbury via Harmer Hill and Mydle. Please remember to check the timetable for the times of the last bus as there are no buses after 18:45 or on a Sunday.

A long time since I was last here and great to see it thriving.One of the best delicatessen's around most definitely!If you're visiting Ellesmere or a canal boater moored up on the Ellesmere junction do pop in and have a look at what's on offer.Very friendly, welcoming helpful staff and you're always served with a big smile.Well done all and highly recommended...

Only had an Eccles cake & a rocky road. Both lovelyMy wife wished she had x2 Eccles cakes!

A fine deli. We ordered a basket of goodies for friends and were able to collect it early morning before setting off on the long trip to see them. Local cheeses are among the delicacies on sale.

Very well stocked deli, more than helpful staff, all round a pleasure to deal with.

Lovely selection of fresh bread and rolls. Lovely cakes and pork pies. Cold meat is cooked beautifully and always fresh. Good selection of cheese. Lovely selection of hors d'oeuvres. My favourite is the porkpie with Shropshire blue or Stilton topping. They do filled rolls as well but you need to get there early!

Old-fashioned and appealing bakery. Some fantastic calorific content.
