Absolutely would not recommend this useless company!!! After 3 years of basically no contact they tell me that the case has come to a end or i have to pay to take it to court because lack of evidence after i sent pictures of both damaged vehicle's more than once sent both witness details more than once who both saw the accident!!! Ive had 3 different people deal with my case each time has not a slightest clue about it and every time i rang ive been told the same rubbish each time or ive been told i will get a call back and never did each time i chased and chased them trying to find out where i stand with no response!!!! Last guy i was dealing with was paul stanway who didnt seem to no the difference between hes back side and hes elbow which i must state must have atleast 5 lunch breaks a day as every time i tried to make contact with him was either on a lunch break, on call or out of office what was complete rubbish!! Please if you cant avoid this dreadful company then atleast try to avoid him but my recommendation would be to avoid using this company what so ever you will thank me in the long run! I lost out because of lack of communication and work skills and received nothing but petty excuses every time i rang! So avoid at all costs.
