Interestingly, women at Park's Honda are better salespeople than men. Men seem to have no interest in selling anything here. And great coffee and cookies.

Recently purchased a used Audi from this dealership. The car was very well presented and agreed work was undertaken as promised. A couple of niggles occurred during handover but these can be attributed to the fact that the salesman I dealt with was admitted to hospital before I uplifted the car. I’m happy to recommend this dealership for the purchase of used cars.

Popped in to get my radio sorted. Very helpful and went above and beyond to get me sorted in good time. Thank you to the gentleman whose first language is French.

Stay away!!!I have purchased a car with them 4 months ago. Was told all the nice stories about how their warranty works and how it includes basically everything aside from wear and tear with free check up! I have serviced my car with them last week and a few things came up, oil leak on the engine being one of them. Was told that diagnostics can be done next morning and whatever the issue is it's gonna be sorted, covered by the warranty. Went for it. Was phoned back on late afternoon the next day, after numerous calls that I had to make to find out what was wrong, to be told that it's a seal from oil tank leaking and this being a bigger job has to be authorized by some warranty company. I signed a contract with Honda Parks, as far as I'm aware! Got turned away but pointed out that there's a part of warranty devoted to seals so this must be covered! Had it looked into but got turned away again as apparently it's a wear and tear!!! It doesn't matter that I bought a car only 4 months ago. Seems to them that my contract is a toilet paper. Need to look into legal advice now. At least they've apologized for their sales representative who's supposed to be retrained! Hopefully. With whole rest of them

The Salesman I dealt with was terrible. Promised me lot of things over the phone as I lived so far from the dealership. When time came to pick vehicle up lots of promises broken or not carried out. Promised MOT, not done, promised fuel in car, not done (had to drive salesman to garage a few miles away to carry this out), Wing mirror smashed and not repaired. Paper work not done properly. Told me due to the deal they had offered me the promises were not affordable. Even though promises were included in the deal they offered me. Only saving grace was when the dealership manager returned from holiday he sorted the whole thing out and granted all the promises I was given. The salesman I was dealing with was going on holiday so was more interested in this than doing his job properly. I will not use Park's again after this debacle. I should have stayed with Arnold Clark.

The car buying experience at Park’s Honda Aberdeen was excellent, with great service and assistance. However, the service department's performance for car maintenance and repairs left much to be desired.

Good Reception, booking Car in for repair was very easy & done professionally.If the repair goes as well then I'll be pleased & the price is the price.

Great deal on a car- hybrid 2nd hand but only driven a few weeks!

Great service and well looked after. Just wish they would hurry up with a dedicated Toyota showroom/facility. It's been over a year from they won the contract.

Been with Honda for over a decade, always find them helpful and knowledgeable about their cars. Trustworthy garage.
