Excellent company, stocking a huge array of the most cutting-edge health products on the market. I am based in the UK and have always found their delivery service to be fast and without issues.

Company with very bad delivery service. Two times I have problems with their society delivery (Fedex), first time the delivery guy was very late compared with the time announced. The second time, the delivery person haven't ring at home and have given my parcel to my neighbour without my consent .Moreover , they deliver only in the week so that you have to take a day off to receive your package and you have no parcel collection point in the neighbourhood. So, if you're not at home, you loose your package and unfortunately, you can't choose the delivery society at the time of the order.In addition to these things I've mentionned, their products are very expensive.I've tried to inform Amrita by message/mail about these problems but I haven't received any answer !I don't recommend Amrita

Appalling courier service. Im only giving it one star so I can leave a review - it doesn't even deserve 1 star.. The worst experience buying something online EVER.Dont order from this company if you are outside of the UK. We are in Europe and whoever they use are incompetent. TERRIBLE experience - 7 weeks and still dont have my product. :(

WARNING DO NOT ORDER FROM THEMThe worst service ever ,I paid for fedex and now they are shipping my order by some random courier service .When I emailed about the delay in shipment they didn’t respond promptly , and when they finally sent the update they shippped with a courier that is not fed ex.I regret my decision to order from Amrita and I would like my money refunded .

Pretty good range of products, have ordered 4/5 times and never had an issue

Regret ordering from them outside of UK. Paid for Fedex service and they shipped via some other company with abysmal to nonexistent tracking service. Customer service unhelpful and apathetic. My package said delivered from their end but was never delivered. Asked for refund as I am writing this - waiting to see if they will act on that. Highly regret buying from them, will send review to practitioner who recommended. Does not even merit a star. Thank you very much, you were very unhelpful.

Good products and quick delivery in The Netherlands (within 1 day) and Spain (within 3-5 days). Very satisfied with your services. Amrita has a distribution center in The Netherlands so it is much quicker and easier for them to sent their products to customers in Europe.

STAY AWAY! WORST EXPERIENCE!I have never had such a bad experience ordering something online in my life. Terrible customer service, no communication between the staff and 0 understanding on how to find a solution for a problem.Initial package was lost and after 2 months a partial package arrived, with the main item missing and some of the items replaced by other products which I haven't even ordered.I have sent more than 20 emails and made over 6 calls and still this hasn't been properly solved. I have a medical condition and begged them to send my products on time and correctly, but all this has been fully ignored and got instead poor excuses that this is due to the change of warehouses.I will never ever again order anything from Amrita Nutrition and I highly recommend staying away from them.A complete disappointing experience from start to finish.
