Terrible customer service, on my first communication a person called Sheila requested some documents (identification, proof of funds, etc..) to make an offer and I did it straight away. A few days later I did a follow up to know why I did not have any answer yet. They told me that they noted my offer" so then I requested them to pass my offer to their client and they replied saying that they will....Conclusion: I made a legit offer with all the required documentation but they did not pass the offer to their customer. I'm not sure about the legislation but this practice seems illegal."
