Top service, advice & Very friendly !Brought my little 125 over for them to have a look at as because of a few issues I'd been having - MSG road tested advised and repaired the issues. At the same time had also booked a full service!Very happy with the service I was given & would happily recommend.

Just had first service done on my lexmoto pegasus great job. Recommend this shop and this bike it's my second one.

First service on my Royal Alloy GP300S. MSG have only been a Royal Alloy dealer since last September. They were extremely helpful and friendly. Very pleased with the service and would recommend to any RA owners living in the area. Mike, the owner and Cliff the mechanic were great.

Great service, great people, excellent value for services and products offered.Worth a mention:- I’ve read a few recent reviews where someone was NOT satisfied with the service due to lack of staff. Unfortunately this person is clearly unaware that YES they are rushed off their feet, but that’s because they are in high demand. This is still peak season in the motorcycle world because the sun is out and more people suddenly need serving. Most businesses are stretched with staff shortages as a slow recovery from lockdowns during covid. This will take years to recover from and costs prevented increasing staff levels as a result. So, accept that you might be waiting impatiently, but it will take time for businesses to bounce back. Good service is worth waiting for!

Just bought my AJS from these guys.A friendly family run bike shop. Lovely people, great service. I couldn't be happier. It was hard to choose my bike cos everytime I popped in they had something different that turned my head. 100% recommend MSG Motorcycles.

We bought a 50cc WK Scrambler from here. They were easy to buy from. The bike needed a lot of the bolts tightening only a couple of days after we got it. Fast forward six months and the speedo cable has been broken. They're too busy" to order a new one for us. They haven't returned calls and must have staffing issues. We've bought his 125 elsewhere and won't be going back."

I bought a bike from them brand new. After I had come off my bike something was wrong. They could not fix or find the fault and kept giving it back to me faulty. I ended taking to the another dealership who found an issue and fixed but sadly returned. The time and energy and stress I have gone through yet I am on my own to fix as they said they done all they can. I wont be buying another bike from them in the future.
