K1 Hand Car Wash

Great car wash, thorough, efficient and friendly guys tooProbs one of the best hand car washes in town, if you go when it's busy ensure your car is clean as my sills weren't the last time I visited.

I will NEVER come back here. Start/stop key left outside near the wipers. Sunday 10.00-18.00 (8 hours) waiting cleaning wash inside and outside. I do not RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The price is now £7 for all cars even though the price list on wall says £5. You don't find out cost until they've finished. Even £5 would be too much. They did lots of spraying water but not much else. Car left dirty in so many places I had to wash it myself when I returned home. But because they used so much water to spray carwas dripping water hours later. Avoid.

Guys are friendly and its cheap to get a van washed, they often miss the roof and odd bits, but still better and faster than i would be doing it.

Love this carwash but needs opening times reviewed. Opens at 9. Not 8.30, found this out by sitting in the parking bay for half an hour before guy from car place told me.

Paid for a £20 Gold wash, when we collected the car an hour later we went over the road to Tesco and had a close look they had missed a few places outside and in. There was also £4-5 pound of change missing from the Centre console, we know this as we had counted it just before we went to the car wash. They had no need to go in the centre console so were obviously looking to see what they could steal!! Won’t be back!

Very quick and brilliantly clean. Car was spotless outside, dressed the wheels, cleaned the inner door sills and an air freshener all for £5. Best value for money clean in a long time. I'll definitely be back when working down here again.

Please read this before visiting K1 car wash Hartlepool!!!!Been here a few times with different cars, all in all just a rinse. The car has always been left not clean but for the purpose of a photo(to sell the car) it’ll do since it’s 5 minutes from my house.Yesterday I took my car here since it hadn’t been washed for a few weeks. Overall, same as every other time, a rinse.I’ve come back out to my car an hour later to find a 5p sized chip(down to the metal) on the drivers door!!! Obviously I’m furious and when I’ve spoke to them they told me to go away.I can’t attach a picture but this will now cost £150+ to correct.So as a summary, spend £5 for a car wash and cost yourself £150 in paint repairs.Car is a 2017 VW Passat

The chemicals used have melted one of the plastic centre wheel caps, left white chemical stains and caused my rear brake calipers to seize and thus burn out. Nice £600 bill to repair.
