I came back to pyt after 5 years cos i still remember the wonderful service i got back then. I must say pyt still rocks & pyt is definitely the place to be if ur looking for a reliable & great straightener! Totally worth it! A big thanks to the sweet & lovely lady Jessy who made sure i have the best customer service ever! She even did my hair & my daughter’s hair as well to show us the glossy effect of the product after curling the hair! Keep it up young lady! I totally recommend all the products of PYT. ☺️

A massive mega thanks to Wally who gave me a demo on using the gliding comb, she was absolutely amazing to show me how to curl my fine hair. Keep it up young lady! Jessy was my sales lady and I have to say her service was exceptional. She taught us how to use it and it’s really very very simple! And the curls look great! I have bought many hair curlers before but this is by far the easiest and the nicest one to use!Special thanks to jessy too because she shipped it over to Malaysia and her after sale service was so amazing as she kept texting to ensure I have received my item.Thank you! Very rude! As the lady was just curling my hair I said I will buy the styler she was using so she immediately stopped, left my hair and stated asking for payment…I asked her if she can finish my hair… she did it 3 times… very unprofessional and just want money,

I wanted to purchase a curler and called PYT to ask if they could send it to my address and Jessy was kind enough to do it for me.. she is so professional and made sure I received the curler the very next day.. she went out of her way and even sent me a demonstration video on how to use it .. I love the product and I am exceptionally happy with the product and services ❤️

Had an amazing experience with Denisa - we walked by with zero intention of getting a straightener but after an amazing demo of straightening on my daughter’s super thick curly hair and my frizzy hair we were sold!! She is incredible and we are so excited to use our titanium straightener!
