Customer service is poor especially when with dealing Robert he is very rude and arrogant always under values my property and iv just went and picked up my 18ct ring didn’t have no issues before putting in and received it back with a dented shank will be sticking to the dartford store as all the girls in dartford are professional and very outgoing this Orpington store need to retrain there staff in how to deal with customers really don’t appreciate being spoken to in that manner and to receive my property back damaged is not a good reflection off the company

Excellent service and knowledge of information from Robert the store manager and his colleagues.

Sent the partner in to get credit against a full gold pamp box, they wanted to rip the individual packets open open despite all the security features, which would destroy the premium vaule. Also said it was only worth £700 despite being worth £1250 scrap at the time and around £1700 with the premium. (Full 25 1gram 999gold) Not only did they have zero knowledge on the worth of the 24kt gold (in scrap) but they clearly don't do credit against the vaule. As a bullion stacker it's sad to still see this lack of knowledge and would advise anyone wanting true vaule of their metals to stay well clear.
