Marsden smartcars

Absolutely horrendous and by far the worst experience I've had ordering a taxi.The woman originally said 5 mins, 20 mins later I get here phonecall to say the taxi had arrived. Walked up and down the street to find no taxi at all. I rang the company back and they apologised and said they would send him back, he would be a few minutes. 15 minutes off standing at my door go by with nothing so I ring back.......The driver was not picking me up as he now had a higher paying job that he was going to. Did they ring me to inform me? No!Absolutely pathetic service and to make it worse, the driver was apparently the owner. Great way to run your business into administration (y).
