(Using my husband’s google account!)Absolute 5 star treatment with Beena, I would recommend anyone to go and see her! :) I went to see Beena a few days before my wedding to have my eyelashes lifted/curled/tinted and also my eyebrows threaded. Beena was so so lovely, friendly and really chatty. It was clear she was extremely knowledgable and experienced and talked me through the whole process and also what she thought would be extra helpful ahead of having my wedding make up done. She ended up threading and waxing my whole face so my make up would sit/look better. Who knew I had such a hairy face..!! I left with the smoothest and glowiest skin! A day or so after my appointment my skin started to break out a little (my fault!) so Beena asked me to come straight back in and did another treatment completely free of charge and gave me some products to take away with me which cleared it up straight away! Honestly the best customer service I’ve received in a really long time, I could really tell Beena really cared about my experience and my skin, and text me the day after to check in on me. Highly recommend and will definitely be back soon! Rosie x
